The South Weepah Property is centred at 37.8830 N 117.5430 E in Sections 4 and 5, Township 1S, Range 40E and Section 36, Township 1N, Range 39E in Esmeralda County. The property is 34 km SW of Tonopah and 17 km NE of Silver Peak. It is readily accessible by four-wheel drive from Silver Peak via the Weepah Mine Road.
The South Weepah Property is approximately 5 km south of the Weepah Mine in a faulted sequence of Cambrian basement rocks and overlying Tertiary rhyolites. Both are cut by a ENE-WSW trending zone of silificifcation affecting all rock units.

The silicification appears to be low sulphidation in character with bladed quartz after calcite texture and banded vein fill. Historic grab samples collected on the property have returned up to 30.4 g/t Au.
Fortitude Gold (OTCMKTS: FTCO) has acquired a 100% interest in the Property with Silver Range retaining a 2% Net Smelter Return (“NSR”) Royalty of which 50% can be repurchased for USD$1,000,000.
