Silver Range Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:SNG) (“Silver Range” or the “Company”) has acquired 5,525,000 common shares of Silver47 Exploration Corp. pursuant to an amended and restated asset purchase agreement dated Nov. 2, 2021. These 5,525,000 common shares represent 11.04 per cent of the 50,043,860 common shares of Silver47 currently issued and outstanding, with Silver47’s common shares having commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol AGA, effective at the opening of trading on Nov. 14, 2024.

Silver Range has acquired control and direction of these Silver47 shares for investment purposes. Depending on market conditions and other factors, it may, from time to time, acquire and/or dispose of securities of Silver47 or continue to hold its current position. A copy of Silver Range’s early warning report required to be filed by it in connection with its acquisition of control and direction of these Silver47 shares will be available on SEDAR+ and may be obtained from Silver Range at the address set forth as follows: Suite 510, 1100 Melville St., Vancouver, B.C., V6E 4A6.
