Mike Power, M.Sc., P.Geo.

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mike Power has over 30 years' experience in the mineral exploration industry. He holds a Bachelors' of Science in Geology and Masters' of Science in Geophysics from the University of Alberta. In 1988 Mr. Power founded Amerok Geosciences Ltd. and served as President until merging to form Aurora Geosciences Ltd. in 2000 where he held the title of Vice-President until 2010. Since 2010 he has been President of Panarc Resource Ltd., a private mineral exploration company operating in Alaska, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and Nevada.


Larry Donaldson, C.A.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Donaldson is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is the managing partner of a local Chartered Accountant office and has extensive experience in public company audits, and in accounting and tax planning for mineral exploration based companies.


Ian J. Talbot, B.Sc., LLB.

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Talbot brings over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry as both a lawyer and an exploration geologist. As a geologist he has worked with both junior and major resource companies. As a lawyer, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of mining and securities law in private practice and as in-house counsel with BHP Billiton World Exploration Inc. Mr. Talbot is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Arcus Development Group Inc., a TSX-Venture Exchange company operating in Yukon.


Glenn R. Yeadon, B.Comm., LLB.

Secretary

Glenn Yeadon is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the field of securities law. He has been a partner with Tupper Jonsson & Yeadon or an associate of the firm (through a personal law corporation controlled by him) from 1983 to present. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1975 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1976. He is currently Secretary and Director of Strategic Metals Ltd.


Richard Drechsler, B.Sc.

Vice-President Communications

Mr. Drechsler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia in 2007. He has worked in the mining/mineral exploration industry since 2005 including two seasons with Highland Valley Copper and six seasons with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited. He has been providing Strategic Metals Ltd. and Silver Range Resources Ltd. with investor relations services since January 2010 and August 2011 respectively.


W. Douglas Eaton, B.A., B.Sc.

Director

Doug Eaton obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta in 1971 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia in 1980. He has been with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited since 1971 and has been a principal of that consulting firm since 1981. He has exceptional knowledge of Yukon geology and has contributed to several important discoveries. Mr. Eaton has served as a director and officer of numerous public companies on the TSX Venture Exchange since the mid-1980s and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Metals Ltd.


Bruce A. Youngman, B.Sc.

Director

Mr. Youngman has over twenty-five years of experience in the international minerals industry. From 2008 to 2010, he was President and COO of Canplats Resources Corporation, during which time the 4 million ounce Camino Rojo deposit in Mexico was outlined and the company was acquired by Goldcorp Inc for $300 million. Mr. Youngman previously held senior positions with Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd., including President, Vice-President and Director, and was closely involved in the acquisition and expansion of the Pebble Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Alaska. Mr. Youngman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia.


Tom Beaudoin

Director

Tom Beaudoin received his Natural Resource Science degree from the University of Montana, and a Forest Resources diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has worked as a Land Claims negotiator and consultant to several First Nations in Northern Canada for many years on a wide range of economic development and resource management initiatives. He serves as the Director of Lands, Resources and Claims Implementation for a Self-Governing First Nation, and sits on several Yukon Resource Management Committees. Mr. Beaudoin brings an extensive background in negotiations, administration, financial planning, budget management, contracts, land use planning, human resource management, program development, Socio-Economic/Environmental processes and inter-governmental and industry relationships.


Douglas O. Goss

Director

Doug Goss is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the fields of corporate and securities law. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1981, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 1984. He was a partner with Bryan & Company from July 1987 to July 1997 and has been counsel with Bryan & Company since that time. He has also been General Counsel to Premium Brands Holding Corporation since March 1999, and its Corporate Secretary since September 1999.


Barry M. Heck

Director

Barry M. Heck is the President and Principal Partner of EL Merchant Capital, a private merchant capital and corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions firm. He is also an active corporate director covering a wide range of industries and businesses and serves on the board of directors of several companies and organizations, including Vice Chairman of the Alberta Enterprise Corporation, an Alberta Crown Corporation that has been seeded with $100 Million to further develop Alberta's venture capital industry. Mr. Heck obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 1985.


Bruce J. Kenway, C.A.

Director

Bruce Kenway is one of four founding members of Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP, a chartered accounting firm that provides a wide range of audit, accounting, tax, management consulting and accounting technology to a diverse client base. Since 1994, Mr. Kenway has sat on the board of Hawker Resources Inc., an oil and gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is also a director of Strategic Metals Ltd. and ATAC Resources Ltd.


James M. Stephen

Consultant

Jim Stephen is a self-employed businessman who has actively been involved in mineral exploration since the early 1970s. He was founder, director and president of several junior mining companies over the past two decades, including ATAC Resources Ltd., Big Creek Resources Ltd. (now Great Basin Gold Ltd.), All-North Resources Ltd., NDU Resources Ltd. and others.
